Important Information About Donations
Per Maryland and Federal Law:
- The donor is a U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident. No foreign national can donate to (or interfere with) the campaign.
- The donor is at least eighteen years old.
- Please include the name of your employer and your position if your total donation(s) total $500+.
- Individuals cannot donate more than $6000 per election cycle.
- Cash donations cannot exceed $100.
- Contributions must be made from the donor’s own funds, and funds are not being provided to the donor by another person or entity for the purpose of making the contribution.
- If by credit card, the donor is making this contribution with his/her personal credit card and not with a corporate or business credit card or a card issued to another person.
